At TIGITEX we strive to ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality website design and graphic design services. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued. Please read it carefully before engaging our services.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are offered under the following circumstances:
i. Service Not Rendered:
If work on your project has not commenced due to unforeseen delays on our side, you may be eligible for a full refund.

ii. Cancellation Before Project Initiation:
If you cancel the project before we begin working on it, a full refund may be issued minus any administrative fees.

iii. Failure to Deliver as Agreed:
If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon deliverables outlined in the project agreement or contract, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the work completed.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
1. Change of Mind:
Once the project work has commenced, refunds will not be issued if you change your mind or decide not to proceed with the project.

2. Revisions Beyond Scope:
Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction due to personal preferences or requests for revisions that fall outside the agreed project scope.

3. Delayed Feedback:
If project delays occur due to delayed feedback, approvals, or communication from the client, no refunds will be provided.

4. Third-Party Issues:
Refunds are not granted for issues caused by third-party providers, such as hosting or domain registration.

3. Process for Refund Requests

To request a refund:
1. Submit a written refund request to support@tigitex.co.za within 7 days of the issue.

2. Include the following details: Your name and contact information. Project details (e.g., project name, start date). A detailed reason for the refund request. Our team will review your request within 7 business days and communicate the outcome via email.

4. Refund Amount and Processing

1. Partial Refunds:
For work already completed, a refund will be prorated based on the scope of the project and the time invested.

2. Full Refunds:
If eligible for a full refund, the amount will exclude any transaction fees or administrative costs.

3. Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after approval and will be issued via the original payment method.
